I queued in the Cavendish Mr Price for over an hour because only 2 tellers were on duty. Upon approaching the manager with a suggestion to assign more staff my criticism was received but nothing done about it. Surely a department store as large, prominent and popular as Mr Price could anticipate the influx of consumers during such an obviously busy time of the year. I'm extremely disappointed with the almost skeleton staff assigned to the festive season shifts.
