I had a quote done on my premises (November 2012) with the supplier for bathroom renovations on both bathrooms and asked them to please be available for the job. I had to request several times via email and phone call to get the quote. The quote came through very unprofessionally. One quote was very high compared to the other yet the size of the bathroom is less than half the size but way more than double. When I asked to justify how the quotes work and how a tiler can be charged at a higher price on one quote with less than half the tiling I was ignored. I received no communication nor did I get any confirmation for the said day that they were actually going to make it. I then told them to please cancel. 2 Months later I received an aggressive letter from 'Accountability' debt collection agency demanding to pay a debt to ARM of February 2012 implying that my credit listing is at risk.
I got in contact about 7 times to ask for this invoice as I had never seen or heard of ARM before November 2012. No apology or communication from them regarding this. It seems that accountability and ARM are trying to play dirty tricks to extort monies from people. DONT USE THESE CRIMINALS!
