I bought an air- from Jeanne in October 2013.
Firstly, he quoted and sent me a photo of a certain brand but installed another brand. He to me saying it was manufactured by the same company (Which I later confirmed was a lie). He was very aggressive when I questioned him about it.
Secondly the air-conditioner he installed was faulty. I notified him the very next day that there was a problem.
He accepts there is a fault with the unit, but to date has not bothered in fixing it.
Do NOT be fooled by him being the first search item on Google! Rather use a reputable company. Jeanne is dishonest and deceitful. Use him at your peril!
