8 months and still no repair to floors as promised

My wooden floors that were installed came with many frustrations due to the lack of service from the contractors used by builders but more so from the builders staff who after first raising my issued with them promised me the world. 8 months later, my floors have not been repaired and and i have had no follow up from builders either. I have a years warranty and will not just roll over and allow the terrible service to just slip past while ignoring the responsibility that they have to me as a customer!
