I have received such bad service from Builders Warehouse in Woodlands on numerous occasions. The staff is completely RELUCTANT to assist in any way. I have never walked into builders where I have been assisted in an appropriate manor. I decided to take a project on and build a garden gate on the weekend. When at builders, asking to get the wood cut to the size I want, I was told that they will not be able to cut the wood because it breaks their machine, but I am welcome to climb in my car, and drive all the way to the Atterbury branch as they can cut it. To my amazement, when cutting the wood at home, it did not break my machine. So does builders have lazy staff, or cheap equipment? I want to put my gate against the wall, but be able to remove it, so I asked a different sales person for assistance with roll bolts, he laughed in my face and told me roll bolts is not strong enough to hold a 5kg gate. REALLY? Show me how you just pull a roll bolt out of a wall. The staffs service is pathetic, they don't have a clue what they are selling. In future, I will try my luck at Builders in Atterbury. Thank you for the lack of service you have provided me continuously.
