Epairing of 1xsilver ring

I called NWJ Witbank branch on 013 697 0018 hoping to get an assistance but their phone just rings without responce, this was a few days after the 13th of May 2013 (the collections date). I called the head office on 031 570 5000 and they could not help me with my request, i was transferredto the manager Mrs Joey (as i recall) but she was unavailable, i called for More than 2weeks but no one offered to help. The repairs was submitted on the 5th May 2013 till now am still waiting for a responce, i have been taken to pillar to post, what kind of a service is this. My husband paid for the ring and now no one is willing to assist and size down the size of the ring.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP HELP HELP!!!
