PATHETIC AFTER SERVICE - DEFECTIVE DOOR

We ordered goods and was told 2 weeks and they delivered in time, we paid in full before installation was completed. After inspection of the goods realized that the aluminium door that cost almost R10 000 was defective, this was a custom made door but has marks and scratches on it and cannot close without locking.
I notified them the next day and was promised they would send someone out, after numerous emails and a phone call I was told they were so busy that no one can come out as soon as someone is available they will come. Its 3 weeks later and still no response. We called again and spoke to the manager who guaranteed he would come out that day, never to be seen and now they are just avoiding our calls.
What pathetic service, they've got their monies now they cant give a... I would never recommend them to anyone, rather pay the extra money to get the better service elsewhere.
