All I can say is stay as far away from him as possible, what he does is give you the best deal because he knows he will not supply you with anything! All went well up to the point that I paid the 60% deposit = R46, 750.00. After that he started with excuses of having problems with his supplier, then he started ignoring my phone calls and the only way to get hold of him was by using an alternative NR that he did not saved yet.. Then more excuses of being out of the country, being in hospital for a few weeks etc. Then after about 3 months of waisting my time and avoiding me at all cost, he told me he will refund me.. When I eventually got hold of him again by trying every trick, all he would say is that he still has not received a refund from his supplier yet, but he is doing collections from other clients that still owe him money and he will pay me next week, that's been going on for 6 months now.. I have spoken to numerous other Aluminium Companies and they have all had to help other clients that have done business with Urban Aluminium and Glass, where the job was either done terribly, or done halfway and they disappear, or in a few cases like mine, nothing was done after payment!!
