Orderd a glass frameless front door. R15000.00.
Paid up front, They came and started the installation, could'nt finish, tried so hard to get them back as the door was taped up. Eventually came back, did'nt have the right tools, lent them mine, wrong screws in the mechanism, not square, rubs at top of door frame, lock stoped working, cant use door again, missing door handle for 6 weeks now..Called them out again and again, asked for door handle again and again and again, said they have it but never give it to me, dont believe them! have booked a service call with another company as it's been 6 days since I placed the last one with Oelof Bergh who doesn't seem to care!
