Wooden garage door and motor installed on premises, while they were installing there was something i wanted to confirm with Jaques, i called him around 3 in the afternoon he said he was busy with his kids and could not take my call, i should talk to the installer at my home directly (Fair enough). Less than a week later when i arrived home around 6:30 the motor was not working so i called him, he very abruptly told me it was a fuse issue and I should call him back during business hours 8 - 5 (although previously he was also not wanting to take my call at 3 in the afternoon). the next morning i tried calling a few times with no answer and left a voice message. Half an hour later he called me back being extremely aggresive, rude and loud telling me why i am phoning him so much, i barely got a word in and he cut me off. i then received an sms saying that he will send his guys out but if its a fuse issue there is a call out fee of R350. Motor not even installed a week and it does not work and then they still want to charge, garage door is very noisy and workmanship shabby worst of all owner has the worst attitudeof anyone i have ever met, do not ever use these guys you will regret it
