Damaged Goods and poor service

I spent quite abit of money at Cashbuild for building supplies. For all deliveries that I requested, I was never contacted by them in advance before the delivery as I requested. They merely pitched up at my house and rushed me to receive the goods.
The aluminium windows I ordered were sent, however, did not include any accessories including handles. I was told by the sales agent that they should have sent these through. When I called through to complain, the manager simply told me I had to collect them - poor service.

I was also provided with a defective door frame as the hinge was misaligned. The manager advised the supplier would rectify this. I was contacted once by the supplier and never provided an indication of when this will be rectified as I requested a date and time. I currently cannot install a door and my house is exposed due to this shocking service. I was promised the suppliers would be in today to repair the door, but I have not heard anything - atleast Cashbuild should take their customers concerns in their best interest and ensure this is resolved. Still also waiting for them to collect the door as promised.
Really disappointed customer.
