I hired clearwater pools to re-surface my pool in March 2012. I was assured it would take 3 days when the weather cleared up. The renovation took approximately 4 months to complete. I was told that the balance of 50% had to be paid before the last coat was applied. It was only completed after numerous calls, the sub-contractors used could not be reached most of the time. I have been reporting the light not working and blocked jet since September, the consultant doesn't bother to reply to emails and is silent during phone calls.
