I too ordered a rug from irugs. I first enquired as to whether there was stock and i was told the carpet in question there was stock of,

I paid for the carpet and it was shipped in 48 hours. When i was sent the tracking number i tracked it immediately and it was being sent from Houston USA. I sent a complaint mail saying that i was assured that there was stock on hand. I was told that the order is processed by the Cape Town branch and shopped from their head office in American.

I tried countless times to get hold of them on the cape town number listed and no answer. I eventually got hold of Jen at 20h00 at night. This all makes sense after reading the previous persons complaint on hellopeter. The carpet landed at the pretoria branch on the and was scheduled to arrive on the 25th November 2013 and then sat at the fedex facility for over a week. Only after i sent a complaint mail to Jen did they action it. Fedex then contacted me to state that they were not given my contact number to schedule delivery. The carpet arrived to day and is 3m smaller than what was advertised!

Not happy!
