In December 2013, ADT installed our alarm system in our flat. Everything went well until we found a burn mark on our brand new bedroom carpet. This was reported immediately to ADT.
Since then I have been in correspondence with the installation technician in a long drawn out affair in which it has been promised to replace the carpet and my bank account number has been asked. Up to now I have not received any compensation.
I would like to have an undertaking from ADT direct that they are going to take the responsibility to fix this issue... they have been given all the details and photographs. Thank you
