POOR AND UNPROFFETIONAL

On the 25th November I phoned Loodgieters plumbers to fix my water boiler that was leaking, the plumber worked on the boiler and demanded the payment before leaving the premises I paid him and he gave me an invoice. After he left the boiler leaks again I phoned them to check the problem they only came on the 27th November and they told me that there is a parts that need replacement and i must pay for it and the labor. I paid them again after the plumber left the boiler leaks again

I phoned for the 3rd time for the same thing the plumber only came on the 4th of December 2013 again I was told that there was parts that need replacement and I MUST PAY LABOUR for the 3rd time for one thing.
I FEEL THAT WAS THE DAY LIGHT AND THEY LEFT WITHOUT FIXING MY BOILER DEMANDING MORE MONEY. I PAID R1, 292 THE BOILER IS STILL LEAKING WHEN I PHONE THE SO CALLED BOSS HE SAID I MUST PAY MORE MONEY FOR THE SAME THING. PLEASE GUYS BEWARE OF LOODGIETER PLUMBER. I ALSO THINK THAT THEIR BOSS HELENA NEED A TWO WEEKS COURSE OF A CUSTOMER CARE AND I AM WILL TO PAY THE HIS FEES JUST FOR HIM TO GET A KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE CLIENTS
