Solar geyser installation done. Paid for kit from Unlimited Solar who outsource installation, but clearly are still responsible. Two call-outs to repair leaks, the first was covered by the plumber, the second... well. I couldn't get hold of the plumber. Craig and co. kept referring me to plumber. Eventually Craig agreed I could use other plumbers and he would reimburse me... well that hasn't happened. After many chasers, I finally went to their showroom today and spoke to Craig. He reckons not his problem and despite saying that I would not refer anyone to them and would not use them for my other 2 installations, he wouldn't budge. attitude, poor follow-up.
