My geyser burst on Sunday afternoon. I called around for a plumber, but none were accommodating or kept trying to come during the week. I got in touch with Kyle at the call center for The Plumber Bro's, and within 30 minutes, I had a plumber at my house. He was efficient and had the geyser replaced and working in a couple of hours. The highlight of the service though, was after I had EFTd the money, water started leaking through the ceiling again (The Tuesday). Damiene (The plumber who was sent to me), came out to have a look at 6pm (My work only allows that time frame). It turned out that an old joint in the piping had popped out of place (Unrelated to the geyser). Damiene spent an hour fixing the pipes, and made sure it was working 100%, before telling me not to worry about the extra costs, it wasn't too much hassle. I would recommend these guys to everyone and everyone, and by far the best service I have ever received of this nature.
