It took almost 2 months to have a burst geyser replaced! Afterwards even more problems and all at my expense! I had to get a plumber to close the water to the geyser, fortunately we have 2 geysers. After the replacement, the tp valve was leaking, I called back the plumber and I get a bill to replace that and then it was still leaking and the circulation pump was damaged. Another plumber and job! All That duratherm has to say is that these parts are not under any warranty. All I have to say is nothing was wrong before, so why suddenly all these problems and costs. What happens now? It is impossible to contact the same person twice, because calls get routed to standard bank insurance or something?
