In the beginning all was good and the service was good. The carpet contractor used by Top Carpets and floors were professional and did a good job but Yatish and his team who installed our laminated wood floor disappointed us. We realized that one of their workers came into our bedrooms and walked around our beds, obviously looking for something to as my new carpets that were installed the previous day had muddy footprints on it. When we confronted Yatish, the supervisor, he asked one of the workers to clean it up and asked us if we like our floors! I told him I don't care about the floors as our privacy has been invaded. He replied by accusing the domestic! You could clearly see that the guilty party wore boots and our domestic wore sandals... The rep, Pavalen, was supposed to find out how much a detector test would cost as the guilty party should be fired, but we are still waiting. So please if you use Top Carpets and Floors in Pinetown, make sure that Yatish and his team does not install your floors as they obviously can not be trusted. I checked on them hourly, but obviously you would have to get a chair and watch them like a hawk to make sure they do not stray.
