Leigh-ann has no clue how to do a order correctly, linda has the worst attitude when asked for help to sort out a problem and Werner, who is supposed to be the "boss" doesnt know how to rectify a mistake made by his employee. On Saturday 30 November 2013, we went in to order some material to build a carport, we ordered from Leigh-Ann, who invoiced 5m IBR sheets, instead of 6m, as asked. On Monday, delivery was booked for early morning delivery, we phoned at 12:00 and only received delivery at 13:30, after i received a please call me, to tell me they are at my house, how pathetic. After checking the stock, I picked up on the mistake that Leigh-Ann made and contacted them to rectify. After speaking to Linda, the problem wasn't solved, as she told me it was my problem, I then asked to speak to her boss, she put me through to Werner, who had an even worse attitude than her. He was rude and wouldn't solve the problem. He lost a R8000.00 sale, instead of fixing the mistake and losing only R500.00. Worst service ever, I will never do any business with them again.
