I ordered Lego Batman 2 for Xbox 360 on the 14th of May
This product STILL has not been delivered. It was for a gift and now I will have an extremely unhappy child in my house on Sunday. I tried phoning your customer care numerous times. Most times being forced to hang up after 10 min waiting on hold. This morning I got through only to be told by the operator that he has no clue why I haven't received it and that MAYBE it will be delivered later next week.
The operator could offer me no further assistance other than to say he doesn't know. I asked him to please give me the number of the warehouse or courier so that I might try get to the bottom of this.
To my horror I phoned them only to be told that the package hasn't even been dispatched as they DO NOT
EVEN HAVE STOCK!!! I was then phoned by someone from Edcon to say that they are having a problem now sourcing my order!
WHY THEN WAS THIS PRODUCT LISTED AS "IN STOCK" ON THE CNA WEBSITE?!? AND WHY IS IT THAT
ONLY AFTER KICKING UP A FUSS WAS I CONTACTED?!?! WHY WAS I NOT ALERTED TO THIS AS SOON AS
THE ORDER WAS MADE!!!
This is PATHETIC... I now have NO GIFT and NO ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY... So what should I do now?
