I complained about a generator that i bought on sat... i had to return it due to it not starting, no one reimbursed me for loss of petrol or oil that was in the generator. i then called the branch to get help as the new one wasn't starting either, only to be told that they will call me back... I AM STILL WAITING for your call. do you not want customers or support...
