I bought a generator in september of 2012.. it did not work so i went to echange it on 24 april 2013 (7months after the purchase) they gave me a voucher and i bought the new generator... i only tried to start it yesterday and again it did not want to work.. i went to game today and they are refusing to refund me. They want me to send it in for repairs and cannot tell me how long it is going to take.. we are leaving on holiday in 7 days and i need that generator for the said holiday... i am very upset by this as they now claim you only can exchange anything for 6 months. After that they cant help u. As said preciously i was able to exchange the previous one seven months after perchase... help me please as game is no help at all.. i am stuck with a 2000 rand item that is useless to me and i need it rather urgently...
