July 2012, I enter in a signed agreement with Mr Shell Pools to build my spa pool. paid them deposit as per agreement.by December 2013 they only dug my yard, after intensive pressure they dump in the pool shell and disappeared. In between August 2012 when they started the project and January 2013, they have lots and lots of stories. The other days they will tell me that they are coming on site because their bakkie broke down, other days they are not coming because raining and when I check with people who stay around their area they will tell you that it is not raining on the area. Most of the times they will me that they don't have money to finish the pool as they are experiencing cash flow problems, they even want to borrow money from me. To proof that they are, they call themselves in three different names (Mr Shell Pools, Finesse Fibre and Spa Pools Fun). They're disgrace to the pool industry, very unprofessional, unethical and untrustworthy. Anyone who want stress must contract these people, they're a bunch of liars who doesn't respect the customers and the industry. If one want to invite heart attack, contract these people. Their workers told me these guys are liars.
