Saw an advert for a house and excited then when it came to signing contract the developer says the garage I saw at the show house is in fact optional extra. Nothing was said all the time and even as we viewed the house the agent confirmed the garage was included in the package. Then the suqare metres were also increased from what was advertised and all that inflated the bond by over R50, 000!! I declined the offer. This is deliberate misleading of prospects!!
