Deceived by SEEF agent

I bought a house in Brandwag, Bloemfontein from SEEF's sale agent. The price of the house was
R1 050 000.00. SEEF's sale agent and the seller did not disclose to me that the house has a problem of cracks even though they knew about the cracks, Annexure B - Immovable property condition report was not attached to sales agreement which would have influenced my decision in buying the property. The house was newly painted and I could not see cracks on the house as the cracks were hidden by the paint. Few months after the purchase been done, the house started to show some cracks which were hidden by the paint. I reported the matter to the SEEF Bloemfontein manager and transferring attornery, Van Wyk and Fourie Attorney and the seller and even the standard bank but I could not get help. I have a bond of R1 050 000.00 and the cracking house which can collapse anytime. I am really disappointed on SEEF and I hope this matter can be resolve because I have been deceived by SEEF
