As a contractor we where excited that builders warehouse opened in Newcastle.
But there service is terrible.
The tellers had a problem and we stood and waited to pay. When I asked the lady why the delay. She rudely said that they have a problem and said we must be patient.
I told her the least she can do is tell the customers they have a problem politely. Greeting a customer does not exist at builders warehouse Newcastle. We have shopped at builders warehouses in other towns and definetely their service is tops.
You are guaranteed that you have lost my business and including our sister companies.
New store terrible attitude.
