Do any of the staff know their job?

On Saturday I went in to pay my account. I paid R900 in cash.
I was moved around between 3 tills and the supervisor (40 minutes later) I thought the account was paid.
Today I get an SMS saying my account is overdue
I phone their customer care line. Get put on hold, and 20 minutes later I eventually hung up.
I have emailed, and they fail to reply.
If this is the service they give, I feel Walmart needs to step in big time and clear out the staff who can't do their jobs.
