I visited builders Rivonia today for kitchen system. I was rudely stabbed by the designer after waiting at least 30 minutes, not interested in my business he mentioned that I will get a design in 3 days time. Called the call centre for assistance all they could do was apologize. You lost my business I almost spend over R100k with you today. Good luck to you and your business. The staff and management at Rivonia treat customer like utter rubbish and dirt, I am so taken back by the poor service that I will never visits another builders ever again. Please employ quality staff, I asked for a list of kitchens that they are designing with a backlog of 3 days this could not provided.
