Employee Stanley Tshidhavula - after walking around and being sent from pillar to post looking to be helped in store the info centre contacted this man. (I took his photo) he was so unhelpful and also Tried to shrug me off. All I needed was a gas fitting for a gas stove I bought from builders warehouse... Too much to ask I suppose.
Not to worry Chaimbelains sorted me out in no time. The friendly knowledgeable staff is like chalk and cheeze compared to the disdain I received at builders warehouse... not sure if this complaint will help at all as I notice its the 20 th complaint in a week.
Your staff are incompetent - your stock is a shambles - no one takes responsibility- no one is accountable- your customers are frustated - and when I told Stanley Tshidhavula that I will report his lack of customer care he shrugged his shoulders, " I couldn't Care less " was his response.
