Lazy and disrespectful

I phoned Ash Hardware looking for a plumber. Jeff started off very enthusiastic and full of promises. He said he could fix my toilet that very night.he came than said part I had was too big he would get new part.next day I phoned he said he could use my part and would come later that day.he didn't show.i kept trying to phone but couldn't get hold of him.next day he said he would do it that day but he disappeared again.this carried on with him promising me everyday for a week till he phoned one morning and said he too busy he can't do my toilet I must find someone else. WHO LEADS ON A CUSTOMER FOR A WEEK AND THAN TELLS THEM TO GET LOST.I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE INSULTED! JEFF AT ASH HARDWARE RANDPARK RIDGE IS SO LAZY AND DOESN'T DESERVE HIS JOB.I WARN U TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF U WANT IT DONE.
