I went to p & l hardware was assisted by a friendly guy not wearing a uniform he was excellent, the problem started when we were on the tillpoint after i told him if can leave my slip cause my he is on his way i've to rush somewhere.then he called judith telling her my problem she responded without looking at me by saying impossible.i then confronted her, about her bad attitude and she said it's their policy not to keep customer slip but failled to produce it.after waiting for more than 45 munites she phoned thabo the branch manager on his cellphone and instead of helping me he responded by saying their hardware is cash and carry what a lousy excuse they are clueless and incompetent
