On 5 September 2012 my toilet cistern developed a leak and subsequently fell off the wall. I phoned Rota-Plumb, a plumber I had previously used and whose number I found in our local Benoni City Times. The toilet had to be replaced in its entirety. I specifically asked that they NOT install a push button flush cistern but they did anyway. I was promised a front flush as soon as one was in stock. I received the bill (R1 600) on 6 September 2012 and paid it immediately. Within a week the push button flush malfunctioned and a person was sent to repair it. He stuck it together with insulation tape and two months later it gave in completely. I phoned Anthony who made promises and excuses. Eventually my calls were not answered or just disconnected. On 15 Feb 2013 I managed to get hold of Evette at Rota-Plumb. She too gave me unfulfilled promises. It's going on 4 months now that I have not had a toilet and insist on my money back.
