I went to the barber Monday May 20th. I needed to use a restroom and I went into the Nandos next to the barber. I asked one of the waitresses if I can use the toilet. She recognised me because I have been to this Nandos dozens of times. When I walked out the manager named, Knowledge, stopped me. He told me I can't just walk in and use the toilet. He said I must ask if I want to use the toilet. I told him I did, and pointed at the waitress. I told him she said I can use the toilet. He started to become very aggressive and raised his voice. I said that this is not a public toilet and I am not allowed to use the toilet. All his staffs were staring at me. I felt so embarrassed. I told him that I will never come to the restaurant again. He told me mustn't come back. I then told him that I am going to lay a complaint against him. Again he told me he doesn't care. I phoned Nandos customer care. A Lady phoned me back the next morning but I was in a meeting, when I phoned back she wasn't available. Yesterday I had to phone customer service again and asked if someone can phone. I am still waiting for someone to phone me.
