We contacted Justin from Diverse Designs as he was refferred to us from Gamma Zenith as being a Durban Agent for their product. He came and did measurements for our house and quoted us on the scope of work and amount it would cost. Due to funds he suggested a different product from Gamma Zenith which we accepted. He informed us that the R30 000 worth of paint purchased would cover the entire boundary wall plus we would have extra. After paying him we had to nag him constantly for the paint. finally 3 months later the paint was deliverd in stages. It is now evident that the quantity supplied would not cover even a 3rd of the required area? In order to get the job complete we would have to order more paint which was not budgeted for according to his original quaotation. Now we have complained to him he is spinning stories about we got what we paid for and that if we apply it at half the normal it will be sufficient. What nonsense that w must now apply a paint in a manner that will suit him. Numerous occassions now we have requested an onsite meeting which he has avoided replying to. His only response is to be aggressive in emails and to offer us more paint. Disgusting.
