I purchased new automatic/electric garage doors. After installation I noticed bad scratches on door and phoned Mr. Pahad to complain. He assured me that this will be rectified. His workers then arrived and ground down the garage wall to the brick to stop further scratching. they also touched up the scratches with paint that did not match the door. I pointed this out and they promised to return the next day with the correct shade, which they did, but the shade was not correct and made this worse. I complained and Mr Phad came along to inspect the door and agreed that the workmanship was not acceptable. He then took cell phone photos of the door to show to his boss, he also pointed out dents in the door that I did not notice. They never returned to repair. After many calls and further promises, nothing has been done. Every time I phone, I am told the" boss " is in a meeting, gone over seas, Mr Pahad is an expert and nothing further has been done.
