Ferbruary 2013 Pieter repaired our fridge by fitting a new compressor. We paid R800.00 for the work done. In April the fridge had te same problem and we phoned Pieter to come and have a look because we received a guarantee on the compressor and the work he did He promised to come and have a look. We have phoned a few times and then Pieter promise to come and have a look. He even give you a time. When needles to say that it is 7 months later and we still have not seen him. Last night I phoned him and he said he will be at my house by 10 on Wednesday 23/10/2013. We phoned him a few times between 09:00 - 10:00 and got him at 09:40 to confirm that he will be at our house at 10:00 and he confirmed it. We left work to wait for him at 10:00 but he never came to the house to fix the fridge as promised.
