NO AFTER SALES SERVICE ON SAMSUNG FRIDGE

I have been struggling to get my Samsung Fridge repaired under an extended warranty for the last 6 months. The problem was reported to client services (Gaironessa) and her service was poor, not being available to take phonecalls or not phoning back when saying she would. I then reported the problem to the manager (Rushdien - 0780660808) who at first responded, but later also just brushed me off. The service contractor who eventually came to look at the fridge (Sureco - Riedewaan 0710185033) has been pathetic. They have been to my house to work on the fridge twice and have taken the fridge away to work on it at four different occasions. They are always late when coming to my house and no one, but the driver, answers their cell phones. There is also hardly ever someone who answers their office number (021 3937640).

My fridge was collected last week Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but still has not been delivered. They were supposed to have been here today at 10:30 and it now 12:00.

I want to know what is going to be done regarding this shocking service, from all parties.
