Your website is full of complaints about the usual big service providers, cellphone companies, banks, etc... continuing with their arrogant attitude and lack of customer service to paying customers hoping to one day get justification for the shoddy service they get. I don't see any of the above mentioned improving their poor customer service levels any time soon!
But what I can tell you is that there are still a hand full of smaller, privately owned companies, WHO UNDERSTAND and know the importance of delivering a high level of professional customer service.
