Ordered 3 blinds on the 7th November 2012 and Paid in full. To date have only received 2 blinds with the 3rd one outstanding. I have tried to contact the owner Alan Short via telephone, sms and email and have had no response. Have requested via email a refund for the 3rd blind and have also had no response. Shocking service to say the least when you pay for good and dont receive them
