JAW blinds - inferior blinds and poor service

I have existing wooden venetian blinds at my premises and needed to cover 2 additional windows. I decided to contact JAW blinds for a quote. After receiving a reasonable quote from them, and being assured that the quality and type of blinds would be the same as my existing blinds I decided to go ahead and pay my deposit. They promised to install 5-10 workings days after payment, but actually took 19 working days - with barely any contact in between. On the promised day of installation they failed to pitch up and had to install on the next day. I had to arrange for my mum to be at home again. As they don't give an exact time for installation, she had to make herself available the whole day. On arriving home, I discovered the blinds to be of a poor quality. They used a really thin pulley cord. The pulley system itself is quite dated and nothing like my existing blinds. Also my existing blinds have 3 vertical cords in place to hold the blinds - theirs only have 2. It's rather difficult to open and close the blinds and I can just tell that they are going to break soon. I've instructed JAW blinds to remove and retrieve their blinds and refund my deposit but they refuse to do so.
