General bad service

We have ordered our blinds two weeks ago and paid a 50% deposit, and have also ordered a special blind for the kitchen which will take about 10 days longer than the standard blinds that we getting fitted. Upon arrival they said that the payment must be completed ''meaning the outstanding 50%'' but they have still not completed the job.
No one was informed about this, As for Alison her service and communication skills are shocking. No follow ups or no info given to the client with regards to anything that has happened during the process. It was also put on the trip sheet to be fitted on the Wednesday, but the blinds didn't arrive either, again with out any communication.
Nothing else was mentioned to us but we were told that they will charge an extra fee when they come back to install the kitchen blind that we have to wait for.

Anyway a very poorly run company and very bad communication from them to the customer...
