We ordered our blinds well in advance for our new kitchen from Lindie at Blinds Connection in Brooklyn. She told us it would be ready by 16 December 2013! We paid for it in full. On 16 December when my husband called to confirm our blind collection Lindie had massive stories she was spinning of how the factory could not get hold of her and and and... She said she could only help on 6 January 2014 again. Since Monday 6 January my husband has been calling and calling her and leaving voice messages and she has been ignoring each and every message. This woman is NOT trust worthy. This woman will take your money and make promises and not deliver. She is a! She gives the worst service ever! She does not deserve to run a business let alone own a business! Needless to say, we had an ugly Christmas. My birthday was on 29 December and I was so shy for people to see my kitchen without blinds. New year we changed out plans just so that we dont have show off our eye sore with NO blinds. Be careful, rather pay a bit more and know what you are expecting than cheaper and receive NOTHING!
