I had a leaking pipe at home and a plumber was called out to fix it, he ask me to buy him elbow fitting, coupler and three rings. I went and bought these items at Natal Builders Supplies at 46 Joyce Road in Parlock Newlands. When the plumber had fitted the elbow, its started leaking on that connection, we had to take back these item hoping they were going to do an exchange. firstly the owner did not want to exchange these item and said we broke them to an extant that I had to buy these items at Builder Warehouse. the difference between what I bought at Natal Builders Supplies and Builders Warehouse quality wise you could see that Natal Builders Supplies is cheap and fong kong. the elbow fitting I bought at Builder Warehouse worked fine at once, no complain but the Natal Builders Supplies could not. Their customer care and their attitude. All items that comes from outside South Africa need to be checked properly before its get sold to us, since we are not even given a chance to return it and get a refund or an exchange for that matter. SABS need to check all Natal Builders Supplies if what they selling has been approved by them or not.
