On Tuesday my husband and I had to go to Builders Warehouse as he owns a decorating company and was in need of some supplies, as we approached the isle in which the things we needed were, we struggled to get to the items through the group of staff that stood around chatting, they obviously all saw us there because we had to squeeze through them to get the items off the shelf, they did not think to stop to offer assistance, in fact they just continued with their long chat about the other staff and managers. This is definitely not the first time. Due to the fact of my husband owning a business, we aren't strangers to the store and on many occasions have encountered problems with the staff, ranging from sending us from one end to another for a particular item, to being incompetent about different brands of paint, to just being plain lazy and deciding to text instead of assisting the customers of Builders Warehouse, luckily we found a cheaper, MUCH more competent store to purchase from and traveling an extra 56 kilometers is all the worth it.
