I contacted the supplier telephonically, explained that I wanted to plant a vegetable garden and arranged for him to remove a tree stump. According to my domestic worker, he sent a seriously over-weight and lazy supervisor for whom the job was way too much effort. (BTW I'm overweight myself but this job requires stamina and strength!) The stump was not removed and in a nutshell, I remain unable to plant my veggie garden. He now tells me that I paid for stump grinding and not stump removal! The problem is that he came during the day whilst I was at work and by the time I came home in the dark, I assumed the job had been properly done and I paid him. I am sick and tired of lazy, useless service from the 'home improvement' sector and excuses by the dozen. This man assured me that he would rectify the situation when I first expressed my dissatisfaction but has subsequently changed his tune.
