I ordered a dinning room table from this furniture store 3 months ago, i saw a table i liked and then proceeded to make payment for it in that month. A few weeks later the table was delivered only to find that it was not what i ordered, this table was far too high and completely off for a dinning room table. I contacted the owner immediately who then assured me that the table would be picked up and altered for me. This never happened. I have been calling him for the past 3 months constantly and he makes the same promises, however nothing happens. I am so frustrated as i cannot use this table at all, i now demanded a refund, however my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. The customer service fom this store and its owner is appalling.
