I ordered a dinning table from coricraft in early December. I was told that the table will be delivered in early Jan 2014. After no communication what's so ever. i decided to call them. after numerous phone calls asking when would the table get delivered, i was told that coricraft were receiving a shipment on the 10th of Jan, and i would have the table very soon after that.
I called coricraft on the 14th of Jan to find out the details. I found out that they had not even received the shipment, and that they will only be receiving it on the 26th of Feb 2014.
I find it completely unacceptable that you don't notify your customers of such events, and that they can just delay the shipments.
Originally i was told that i would receive a table by early Jan, and its unacceptable that coricraft came back on there word.
So am i not supposed to have a table for a whole month and a half still?
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
