I wish people would learn from this manage

I bought a fan for R700 in Feb 2013 from the company. During this week it stopped working and I took it back on Sunday.
When I got there the manager was most helpful and immediately got a sale person to fetch me a new one,
He exchanged the fan even with out checking on it, he just accepted my word for it.
I was in and out of the store within 2 minutes max.
Excellent service!
