Bad Attitude Branch Manage

I visited Russells Furniture Stores in Rustenburg on Friday. The sales person who assisted me was very helpful. I paid cash with my bank card and the sales person told me to collect my goods at the JD Group Warehouse. I arranged a vehicle to collect my goods at the warehouse. At the warehouse they were very helpful, but couldn't assist me because the Russells branch did not release the payment. Florence at the JD Group warehouse phoned numerous times to get the manager to release the payment. She couldn't get hold of the manager, either the shop phone wasn't answered or they put you on hold and after a while dropped the phone. I tried from my cell phone a few times and eventually got hold of the manager. At that time I was so furious. I told the manager that they are wasting my time because I borrowed a vehicle to transport my goods and only had the vehicle until 14h00. He then told me if I feel that way I am more than welcome to come back for a refund. This made me even more furious. After a big fight he told the JD Group to do the delivery manual. He phoned me back to ask for my company name & number to complain about me at our management. Hein was really out of line.
